Quick Feathered Wreath

I like to use feathered-wreath quilting on my quilts, and I have developed a quick and easy way to make templates the size I need. These wreaths are so simple and fast to create that I usually make several for the same project just to see which one I like the best. When I use the traditional method of drafting with a compass and ruler, it takes an hour or two of my time, and I'm reluctant to experiment or make several drafts. This technique frees me to do both.
Every size of feathered wreath can be cut from freezer paper in exactly the same way. The only differences between a 4-inch and a 24-inch wreath is the size of the starting square, and, perhaps, the number of feather divisions, or folds, in the paper.
