Charming Blocks in Stars Made of Fond Memories, 45" x 57", by Nancy Ota of San Clemente, California. This quilt is described by its maker as "simple, but very sentimental." It was made for her daughter's 30th birthday and contains fabrics from old clothes and sewing scraps gathered through the years that were cut into Pyramid triangles. A few of the blocks were embroidered by her daughter, Michelle, as a child, or stitched by Nancy and saved.
