 Assembly

Step 4

Assemble the 11 rows of blocks as shown in the partial quilt assembly diagram. Each row will have pieced blocks and C's with D's between and at the beginning and end of each row.

Step 5

Make 12 long sashing strips by stitching together 9 white D's with 10 print A's as shown in the quilt assembly diagram.

Step 6

To minimize errors, lay out the rows of blocks and sashing strips on a design wall or the floor and compare to the quilt assembly diagram before stitching them together. Stitch the rows together, beginning and ending with a sashing strip.
