Stitch a 62 3/4" pink border to either side of the quilt, and then stitch 53 1/2" pink borders to the top and bottom of the quilt.

Stitch 64 3/4" blue borders to the sides of the quilt. Stitch 64" blue borders to the top and bottom of the quilt.
Step 6
Layer the quilt lining, batting, and top. Baste. Quilt in-the-ditch around the patches, the blocks, and the blue setting squares. Use the quilting motif as given for the E's or quilt as desired. Bind the quilt to finish.
