Dear Editors,
A news item in QNM issue 322 spoke of a group that was collecting quilts to be given to children in orphanages and shelters in Vietnam. Our quilt group responded to the plea, and sent 18 quilts of different sizes.
We are The Ella Mae Gunnis Quilt Circle at Trinity United Methodist Church in Wesley Chapel, Florida. We have made and given away, to date, 1148 quilts. They go to nursing homes, children's hospitals, and homebound people.
We are so grateful to our local quilt shop, Quilts, Etc. They have a special sale every September where customers are asked to bring a bag of usable scraps in return for a discount. Our group is the recipient of the scraps. My husband, Don, cuts the fabric into 4" squares, and we put together kits for our sewers to work on at home.

Dear Editors,
In this picture [below], members of the Wolfpoint Gang 4-H Club of Ramsey County show their patriotic spirit. They chose the theme for this year's club projects and recently finished these Bargello Flag wall hangings, to be exhibited at the 4-H Achievement Days.
