...International theme stressed in new show...

The first Pan Pacific Quilt Show and Conference at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu will offer workshops and lectures with well-known faculty from Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and the United States. ...Batting companies combine...

Buffalo Batt, manufacturer of craft and quilting products under the Super Fluff brand name, has acquired the Consumer Division from The Stearns Technical Textiles Company. The division includes the Mountain Mist family of products for quilting. Stearns will continue to manufacture and distribute Mountain Mist products for the time being. Buffalo Batt is a division of Leggett & Platt.
