Paducah Readies for
Invasion of Quilt Lovers

Kentucky will once again offer southern hospitality to thousands of quilters at this year's American Quilter's Society Show at the Paducah Expo Center in Paducah, April 26-29.

More than 400 quilts from around the world will be on exhibit, including "Men of Biblical Proportion," featuring works about men in the Bible made by male quiltmakers. Entries from the Pilgrim/Roy Quilt Challenge and quilts by instructors at the show will also be showcased in the faculty exhibit.

Bonnie Browning, executive show director for AQS, offers that some of the special events will include a musical evening with quiltmaker and entertainer Ricky Tims, the AQS/Hobbs Bonded Fibers Fashion Show, and a quilt auction by the Museum of the American Quilter's Society. 270-898-7903; www.AmericanQuilter.com
