UNL Professor Honored...


Dr. Patricia Crews was named to the Nebraska State Quilt Guild's Quilter's Hall of Fame in July of 2006. Dr. Crews is the director of the International Quilt Study Center and Willa Cather Professor of Textiles, Clothing, and Design at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is the author of several quilt-related books, including Nebraska Quilts and Quiltmakers. The guild's 1,000-plus members established the Hall of Fame in 1986, and other recipients include Grace Snyder, Mary Ghormley, Sara Dillow, Ardis and Robert James, and Paulette Peters.
