Upside-Down Applique
Motif Pattern
Award-winning quiltmaker and teacher Susan Brittingham developed a unique and accurate method of applique that is perfect for intricate motifs. The technique, upside-down applique, is presented in our Quiltmaker's Workshop feature in the April 2005 issue 371 of QNM. Susan created this aquatic motif exclusively for our website.
